    Identify the unmet “Need.”

    Begin by flipping through the third column of the Book to choose a “Coper” to utilize to help you deal with the feeling and /or unmet need.

    Remember, you can identify either a “Feeling” or a “Need” before choosing a “Coper.”

    Utilize blank pages at the end to add other “Feelings,” “Needs” or “Copers” that you come up with to personalize your Flip Book.
