- 1Choose a “Feeling” that you are experiencing.
- 2Identify the unmet “Need.”
- 3Begin by flipping through the third column of the Book to choose a “Coper” to utilize to help you deal with the feeling and /or unmet need.
- 4Remember, you can identify either a “Feeling” or a “Need” before choosing a “Coper.”
- 5Utilize blank pages at the end to add other “Feelings,” “Needs” or “Copers” that you come up with to personalize your Flip Book.
